Barter/Trade (Corporate Barter Network, e-values, Itex, National Trade Banc, 200 affiliate trade companies):
1. We do RV, auto, van, truck and timeshare rentals on trade (See the Rentals page for things we rent). For RV, auto, van, and truck rentals on trade, the basic rental (one week maximum) is on trade, extra days over a week are cash. We take advance reservations from Sept 5th to May 15th (excluding home Penn State football game weekends and special events - those dates are on standby for barter customers). May 16 to September 4th we only take standby rentals for barter customers ("standby" means reservations are not taken until 48 hours before departure, although we do offer waiting lists for trade requests). Things like mileage, insurance, gasoline, propane, tax, and damages are cash. A trade reservation is for the dates you reserve. The specific unit will be assigned 48 hours prior to departure for trade customers and we will discuss with you the units and sizes available at that time (in the order the trade reservations where made).
2. For timeshare rentals on trade: our rental charge is trade, the resort fee is cash, and tax is cash.
3. The only sales offered on trade are the timeshares sales: Masthope week 5 or 25 for $5995 each or $10995 for both (cash portion: $1500 of the $5995 or $10995 to the resort per week + settlement cost @ $300 + tax), see Timeshares at Pocono PA for info.
